It's been used for solo ad sellers on the MMO niche, but it can be applied pretty much anywhere, you just need to find people who have a list in the same niche that you are and you're good to go.

Using it I was able to get tons of buying leads very fast. The main problem that this strategy solved was getting leads from top-tier countries at a minimum cost.

For safety's sake you need to work with people you know, so you don't have to worry to check if the traffic is real or not

The only downside I experienced when I was using it was that because I was the one in charge it took a few hours of my time to track the clicks, follow-up my partners and everything, but if you can outsource it, and create several of these groups it could become a serious source of HQ Traffic.
