I don't recommend any.

What I do recommend is to sit your ass down, and start reading.

Read forums, read eBooks, read blogs and websites, just read. And then start implementing. Also, note things down. Create a folder and categorize and organize everything.

Courses, I mean, sure they can help, but I don't trust them because why would someone spend time on teaching the stuff and not use it to make hard cash only.

And especially if by - teaching - they mean some ebooks and videos and limited or no personal teaching/support. Well thanks, but I can get ebooks on forums and videos on youtube, have a nice day...
